🏠 Ginger

Ginger is one of the most important spices in Arab and Gulf cuisine, used in Arabic coffee and spice blends. In Arab folk medicine it is used to treat colds, stomach pain, and improve digestion, and it is mentioned in the Quran as one of the drinks of Paradise (its flavor is ginger). The overlap between Chinese and Arab medicine in the use of ginger is very significant.
