By using the TCMHub platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

  • TCMHub provides educational content on Traditional Chinese Medicine: a herb encyclopedia, formula library, classical texts, and an AI-powered health consultation.
  • The interface supports Arabic, Chinese, and English; primary educational content is published in Arabic.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel anytime from your account page.
  • Refund policy: you may request a refund within 14 days if the service has not been materially used; contact [email protected]

4. Acceptable Use

  • Copying, republishing, or reselling platform content without written permission is prohibited.
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose or abusing platform APIs is prohibited.
  • We may suspend violating accounts without prior notice.

5. Medical Disclaimer

  • Content and AI consultations are for general health education only; they are not medical diagnosis or prescription advice.
  • Do not stop prescribed medication or start new treatment based on platform content without consulting a licensed physician.
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine is complementary and does not replace emergency medical care.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content (text, graphics, interactive tools) is owned by or licensed to TCMHub.
  • We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to your subscription fees in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of registration; disputes are resolved amicably first.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the new version.
