📍 Location
On the lower back, 1.5 cun lateral to the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra (L2).
🏥 Indications
Lower back pain, knee weakness, impotence, frequent urination, tinnitus, hearing impairment.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.5-1 cun. Moxibustion is the primary treatment for this point. Warm oil massage.
⚠️ Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with excess heat. Do not insert deeply (the kidneys lie beneath).
