📍 Location
On the lateral side of the ankle, in the depression between the lateral malleolus and the Achilles tendon.
🏥 Indications
Lower back pain, sciatica, ankle pain, headache, neck stiffness, labor induction.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.3-0.5 cun. Press firmly with the thumb. Intermittent pressure to relieve acute pain.
⚠️ Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnancy (induces labor). Do not insert deeply (near the nerve).
