📍 Location
On the posterior median line, below the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra (L2), opposite the umbilicus.
🏥 Indications
Low back pain, impotence, frequent urination, chronic diarrhea, cold extremities, yang deficiency.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Oblique insertion upward 0.5-1 cun. Intensive moxibustion is the most important treatment for this point. Warm massage.
⚠️ Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnant women. Contraindicated in patients with severe excess heat. Do not insert deeply.
