📍 Location
On the dorsal forearm, 1 cun above the dorsal wrist crease, in the depression radial to the ulnar head when the hand is turned toward the chest.
🏥 Indications
Xi-cleft point of the small intestine: aching shoulder/back/elbow/arm, acute low-back pain, stiff neck, blurred vision, and stiff neck after sleeping; a point valued in the elderly.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular or oblique insertion 0.5–0.8 cun toward the elbow.
⚠️ Contraindications
No special contraindications; especially suitable for older adults.
