📍 Location
On the face, anterior to the tragus, in the depression behind the mandibular condyle when the mouth is open.
🏥 Indications
Tinnitus, hearing loss, ear pain, and temporomandibular joint pain and dysfunction.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Locate with the mouth open; perpendicular insertion 1.0–1.5 cun.
⚠️ Contraindications
Close the mouth after insertion; caution in TMJ disorders.
