📍 Location
On the anterior midline, 4 cun above the umbilicus, at the midpoint between the umbilicus and the lower end of the sternum.
🏥 Indications
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, bloating, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric ulcer.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 1-1.5 cun. Circular massage after meals. Moxibustion for cold stomach.
⚠️ Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnancy (near the uterus). Use with caution in cases of gastric bleeding.
