📍 Location
On the anterior midline of the upper abdomen, 1 cun below the xiphisternal junction (7 cun above the umbilicus).
🏥 Indications
Luo-connecting point of the Ren vessel: chest pain, hiccup, abdominal distension, mania/seizures, palpitations/anxiety, cough, and asthma.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Oblique insertion 0.4–0.6 cun downward only.
⚠️ Contraindications
Deep insertion is dangerous because the heart and liver lie close; experienced practitioners only.
