Gui Lai (ST28)
📍 Location
On the lower abdomen, 4 cun below the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline.
🏥 Indications
Important gynecological point: irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, discharge, uterine prolapse, infertility, lower-abdominal pain, and hernia.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 1.0–1.5 cun, or oblique downward.
⚠️ Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnancy; empty the bladder before needling.
