📍 Location
On the middle abdomen, 2 cun lateral to the centre of the umbilicus.
🏥 Indications
Abdominal pain and distension, constipation, diarrhea, dysentery and other intestinal disorders; irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea. Front-mu point of the large intestine.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 1-1.5 cun; moxibustion applicable.
⚠️ Contraindications
Needle with caution during pregnancy and in patients with ascites.
