Si Bai (ST2)
📍 Location
On the face, directly below the pupil when looking straight ahead, in the depression over the infraorbital foramen.
🏥 Indications
Red painful eyes, eye strain, twitching eyelid, facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, and frontal headache.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Transverse or shallow perpendicular insertion 0.2–0.3 cun. Gentle circular pressure is preferred for eye problems.
⚠️ Contraindications
Deep needling is prohibited due to the orbit and nearby vessels.
