Xiao Chang Shu (BL27)
📍 Location
In the sacral region, below the spinous process of the 1st sacral vertebra, 1.5 cun lateral to the midline, level with the 1st posterior sacral foramen.
🏥 Indications
Back-shu point of the small intestine: lower-abdominal pain/distension, diarrhea, dysentery, difficult urination, enuresis, hemorrhoids, and lumbosacral pain.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.8–1.0 cun or oblique.
⚠️ Contraindications
No special contraindication for pressure; needling by a trained practitioner.
