Jue Yin Shu (BL14)
📍 Location
On the back, below the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun lateral to the midline.
🏥 Indications
Back-shu point of the pericardium: heart pain, palpitations, chest tightness, cough, anxiety/insomnia, and shoulder-back pain.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Oblique insertion 0.5–0.8 cun toward the spine.
⚠️ Contraindications
Deep insertion toward the lung is forbidden to prevent pneumothorax.
