Shen MenHT7🧭 Meridian: 手少阴心经
📍 Location
On the wrist crease on the medial side, at the crease on the ulnar edge (little finger side), in the depression behind the pisiform bone.
🏥 Indications
Insomnia, palpitations, anxiety, depression, poor memory, fear, nervous irritability.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.3-0.5 cun. Gentle circular massage for 2-3 minutes before sleep. Light pressure for relaxation.
⚠️ Contraindications
Generally not contraindicated for anyone. Deep needling causes numbness in the fingers.
