Traditionally used for Shao Yin disease with diarrhea and a faint pulse, where it is given with Bai Tong Tang; if diarrhea persists with cold limbs, absent pulse, dry nausea, and restlessness, this decoction is used. It must be taken under the supervision of a qualified TCM practitioner.
