温热论
1.總論
層次作為辨證的根據，並指出溫病的傳變模式有順傳與逆傳二種∶順傳由衛而氣而營而血，逐步傳入；逆傳由衛分直入營分。至於衛、氣、營、血如何分辨，主要是根據溫病的診斷特點，運用察舌、驗齒以及辨斑、疹、白，作為要點，然後結合證情，作出診斷，決定治法。全篇從原則到具體，有一套完整的理法方藥，對臨床實踐起著指導作用。茲重編分章論述如下。
The levels serve as the basis for pattern differentiation, and it is pointed out that the transmission of warm disease has two modes: normal transmission and reverse transmission. Normal transmission proceeds from wei to qi to ying to xue, advancing step by step; reverse transmission goes directly from the wei level into the ying level. As for how to distinguish wei, qi, ying, and xue, this is mainly based on the diagnostic characteristics of warm disease, employing tongue inspection, tooth examination, and differentiation of macules, papules, and white papules as key points, then combining these with the clinical presentation to make a diagnosis and determine the treatment method. The entire work, from principles to specifics, constitutes a complete system of theory, method, formulas, and materia medica, and serves a guiding role in clinical practice.
