Zhong Du (LR6)
📍 Location
On the medial lower leg, 7 cun above the medial malleolus, on the midline of the medial surface of the tibia.
🏥 Indications
Xi-cleft point of the liver: hernia, lower-abdominal pain, uterine bleeding, persistent lochia, diarrhea, and shin pain.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Transverse insertion 0.5–0.8 cun along the bone.
⚠️ Contraindications
Use caution in pregnancy.
