Da Dun (LR1)
📍 Location
On the lateral side of the great toe, about 0.1 cun proximal to the corner of the nail.
🏥 Indications
Jing-well point of the liver: hernia, lower-abdominal pain, enuresis, urinary retention, uterine prolapse, genital swelling/itching, and seizures; soothes liver qi.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Oblique insertion 0.1–0.2 cun; moxibustion for cold disorders.
⚠️ Contraindications
Use caution with bloodletting in bleeding disorders.
