📍 Location
On the inner side of the forearm, 2 cun above the wrist crease, between the tendons of the radial flexor muscle.
🏥 Indications
Nausea and vomiting, motion sickness, palpitations, chest pain, insomnia, anxiety, morning sickness in pregnancy.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.5-1 cun. Firm thumb pressure for one minute to stop nausea. Pressure wristbands may be used.
⚠️ Contraindications
Generally no contraindications. Use with caution in patients with severe hypotension.
