Cupping is a therapy that uses glass cups to create suction on the skin. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is used to remove "wind" and "dampness."

How does it work?

When suction is created, the skin and underlying tissue are drawn upward. This stimulates new blood circulation and releases toxins.
