Jiao Xin (KI8)
📍 Location
On the medial lower leg, 2 cun above the medial malleolus, in the depression posterior to the medial border of the tibia.
🏥 Indications
Xi-cleft point of the Yin Qiao vessel: menstrual irregularity, uterine bleeding, uterine prolapse, hernia, diarrhea, constipation, and swollen painful testis.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.8–1.2 cun.
⚠️ Contraindications
Use caution in pregnancy.
