📍 Location
On the sole of the foot, in the depression at the junction of the anterior third and posterior two-thirds (when the toes are flexed).
🏥 Indications
Insomnia, vertex headache, dizziness, epilepsy, hypertension, dry throat, resuscitation from fainting.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.3-0.5 cun. Strong massage before sleep. Moxibustion to warm the kidneys. Soak the feet in warm water.
⚠️ Contraindications
Do not insert deeply (extremely painful). Use with caution in diabetic foot.
