📍 Location
On the medial lower leg, 5 cun directly above Taixi (KI3), between the soleus muscle and the Achilles tendon.
🏥 Indications
Xi-cleft point of the Yin Wei vessel: mania, hernia, vomiting of frothy saliva, leg pain, stiff tongue, drug-toxin reactions, eczema, and itching; a detoxifying point.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 1.0–1.5 cun.
