伤寒六七日，目中不了了，睛不和，无表里证，大便难，身微热者，此为实也，急下之。
Shānghàn liù qī rì, mù zhōng bù liǎo liǎo, jīng bù hé, wú biǎolǐ zhèng, dàbiàn nán, shēn wēi rè zhě, cǐ wéi shí yě, jí xià zhī.
In cold damage (shanghan) lasting six or seven days, if the eyes appear dull and the eyeballs are not in harmony (i.e., the eyes do not move normally), with no exterior or interior symptoms, difficult defecation, and slight fever, this is a excess condition. Immediately purge it.
