Yang Chi (TE4)
📍 Location
On the dorsal wrist, at the midpoint of the dorsal wrist crease, in the depression on the ulnar side of the extensor digitorum tendon.
🏥 Indications
Yuan-source point of the sanjiao: wrist pain, shoulder/arm pain, deafness, dry mouth, sore throat, and malaria.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.3–0.5 cun.
⚠️ Contraindications
Avoid superficial tendons and vessels.
