📍 Location
On the medial border of the foot, in the depression anteroinferior to the base of the first metatarsophalangeal joint at the junction of the red and white skin.
🏥 Indications
Yuan-source point of the spleen: abdominal distension, chronic diarrhea, fatigue, heavy body, poor appetite, and foot pain.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular insertion 0.5–0.8 cun. Firm pressure aids digestive weakness from spleen deficiency.
