He GuLI4🧭 Meridian: 手阳明大肠经
📍 Location
On the dorsum of the hand, in the depression between the first and second metacarpal bones, closer to the second metacarpal bone.
🏥 Indications
Headache, toothache, common cold, facial pain, constipation, strengthening immunity, inducing labor.
🖐️ Stimulation method
Perpendicular or oblique insertion 0.3-0.5 cun. Can be massaged with the thumb for 1-2 minutes. Apply strong pressure to relieve headache.
⚠️ Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnant women (induces labor). Contraindicated in patients with severe qi deficiency.
