内伤脾胃，百病由生。

Nèi shāng pí wèi, bǎi bìng yóu shēng.
English Translation
Internal damage to the spleen and stomach gives rise to a hundred diseases. The spleen and stomach are the root of original qi: when original qi is abundant, no evil can harm; once the spleen and stomach are injured, original qi is injured too, and all diseases arise from this.
