辨气辨色辨舌辨神辨脉，五者不可缺。
Pinyin
Biàn qì biàn sè biàn shé biàn shén biàn mài, wǔ zhě bù kě quē.
English Translation
Warm-heat disease is unlike cold damage. The pathogen of cold damage travels from exterior to interior; that of warm heat passes directly from mouth and nose to the membrane source. Treatment must distinguish exterior and interior, deficiency and excess, and must not indiscriminately employ sweating.
