English Translation

In ancient times, those who understood the Way followed the principles of yin and yang, harmonized with the arts of life, ate and drank with moderation, maintained regular routines, and did not overexert themselves. Thus, they kept body and spirit together, lived out their natural lifespan, and passed away only after a hundred years.
