Acupuncture is the most famous therapy in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves inserting very fine needles into specific points along energy pathways. There are 361 internationally recognized acupuncture points.


How does it work?
According to Chinese medicine, "qi" flows through 12 main meridians. Acupuncture stimulates nerves, releases chemicals, and improves blood flow. Scientifically, studies have shown that acupuncture stimulates nerves, releases chemicals (such as endorphins), improves blood flow, and reduces inflammation.

A session takes 30–60 minutes. Number of sessions: 6–12 for optimal results.
