救荒之策，莫良于野菜。

Jiù huāng zhī cè, mò liáng yú yě cài.
English Translation
For relieving famine, nothing comes before knowing plants. If one can tell the edible from the poisonous, then in years of dearth a great many lives can be saved. Thus plants are drawn and catalogued here as provision against famine.
