English Translation
In the study of medicine, when the guiding rope is lifted the meshes open. So first clarify the guiding rope of zang, fu and channels, then examine the meshes of yin-yang and exterior-interior; after that cold-heat and deficiency-excess can be discerned and formulas, medicinals and needles applied.
