yíng qì气血津液精神
概述
Ying Qi, also known as Nutritive Qi, is the nutrient-rich Qi that circulates within the vessels, providing nourishment to the entire body and serving as a fundamental substance for blood production. It is considered Yin in nature and is derived from the essential, refined portion of food and fluids transformed by the Spleen and Stomach.
理論要點
- Ying Qi is the Qi that travels within the meridians and vessels, characterized by its rich nutritive function, and is classified as Yin, hence also called Rong Qi.
- It is generated from the pure and gentle part of the grain and water essence transformed by the Spleen and Stomach, entering the vessels to circulate continuously without end.
- Ying Qi follows the twelve primary meridians as well as the Ren and Du meridians, completing fifty cycles of circulation in a regular pattern over a day and night.
- Its primary functions include transforming into blood (by combining with body fluids in the vessels to form red blood) and nourishing the entire body, ensuring proper physiological activity.
常見病機
- Deficiency of Ying Qi can lead to blood deficiency, manifesting as pallor, fatigue, and poor nourishment of tissues.
- Insufficient Ying Qi may result in malnutrition of the organs and meridians, causing weakness and impaired function.
- Disruption of Ying Qi circulation can contribute to disorders of blood production and systemic nourishment.
日常調養
- Maintain a balanced diet with easily digestible foods to support Spleen and Stomach transformation of nutrients.
- Engage in regular, moderate physical activity to promote smooth circulation of Qi and blood.
- Ensure adequate rest and manage stress to preserve the body's nutritive resources.
